All our Support Workers have extensive experience in working with those with a disability or mental health issues. They are either formally qualified or working towards obtaining academic qualifications.
When recruiting Support Workers, we ask ourselves one very simple question…
“Would I want you to be supporting one of my loved ones?”
The screening process is extensive, including:
- Referee Checks
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
Our team of Support Workers is able to provide services such as:
- JaeMan ACTIVE
- Free Advice (Advocacy)
- SLES Support
- One-on-One Support
Including Personal care needs, assistance with transport needs, overnight and household tasks.
We are a passionate and caring team who, in addition to being well trained, experienced and qualified, share the same values and desire to make the life of people with a disability easier and more fulfilling. We are always thinking about each participant’s individual needs, assisting them to improve their independent living and overall wellbeing, every day and night.
