Maintain your physical well-being, refine your motor skills, practice your good sportsmanship, and most importantly, have fun, make new friends and enjoy the fresh air.

This session we will be playing lawn bowls, a precision sport in which the aim is to roll bowls closest to a smaller white/yellow ball (the ‘jack’ or ‘kitty’).

The sport is played on grass or artificial surfaces which is divided into parallel playing strips known as ‘rinks’.

Please remember to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the activity.

Arrival Time: Please arrive by 10:45AM for an 11:00AM start.
